Post Investment Group is a real estate firm that invests in multi-family assets across the United States. Since their conception almost 15 years ago, Post has grown to nearly 50 employees and focused a majority of their acquisitions on the Texas area.
The Challenge
Post Investment Group had been experiencing some pretty substantial growth within the last few years, which ended up illuminating some of the inefficiencies they had in their existing processes. Their acquisitions pipeline was being managed entirely through Excel spreadsheets, for example, which required multiple people to access and edit the same documents – a tedious process that was especially prone for errors.
